5. Parcel Delivery: SCREW offers parcel delivery for all orders. Please ensure that the delivery address, name and phone number is clearly mentioned in your order. A delivery charge will be added to the total amount, along with the sample cost and GST.
6. Shipping and Handling: Shipping is available within India. Delivery typically takes 10-15 days. Remote locations may experience delays. Cultures that are damaged due to postal handling or contaminated during transport will be replaced at no charge, provided they are returned to us within three weeks along with email confirmation of damage.
7. Order Requirements: Orders must be placed on official letterhead, signed by the Head of the Institute/Department. The scientific name of the microalgae must be specified, the product number should be referenced from the catalogue. Additionally, please include the purchaser's name and clearly state the intended use of the product.
8. Quality Guarantee and Return Policy: All cultures are guaranteed to be viable and authentic upon arrival. In case of any issues, please notify SCREW within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
9. Order Cancellations and modification: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. For order modifications, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
